1. What is included in your embroidery kits?

Each kit typically includes:
• Pre-printed fabric with the design
• Embroidery threads (sorted by color)
• Needle(s)
• Instruction guide (with diagrams)
• Optional frame or hoop (depending on product)

2. Do you offer digital patterns?

Yes! We offer PDF embroidery patterns that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. These are perfect for experienced stitchers who prefer to use their own materials.

3. Can beginners use your kits?

Absolutely. Most of our kits are beginner-friendly, and each comes with a detailed instruction guide.
If you’re new to embroidery, look for products marked “Beginner Friendly” on the product page.

4. How long will it take to complete a kit?

It depends on the design and your stitching pace.
• Mini kits: 3–6 hours
• Medium kits: 6–15 hours
• Large kits: 15+ hours

We encourage you to take your time and enjoy the process — stitching is meant to be relaxing.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
Standard shipping usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll see the shipping cost at checkout, and we’ll send a tracking link once your order ships.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.

7. Do you take custom orders?

At the moment, we don’t offer fully custom embroidery designs. However, we’d love to hear your suggestions — feel free to email us at support@yourdomain.com!

8. My kit is missing an item / arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us at support@yourdomain.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and include a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

9. Can I purchase your products as gifts?

Of course! Our kits make beautiful and thoughtful gifts.
We also offer gift notes — just leave a message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten note with your order.
