1. Shipping Information

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-36 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

📬 Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our site.

📦 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.


2. Returns & Exchanges

🔁 Return Policy

We want you to love what you create. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Digital products (like PDF patterns) cannot be returned or refunded.

💸 Refunds

We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7–15 days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll be happy to replace it or issue a refund.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carriers. However, if your package is missing for more than 15 days, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.
